Your Support Brings Light into the Darkness

Around the world, people are hearing the gospel for the first time, finding hope in the darkest places, and discovering that Jesus changes everything.

This season, we invite you to be part of that movement, through five opportunities that need your support. These opportunities address direct, material and spiritual needs, and every gift, at any level, makes a difference.

Explore the projects below and give where your heart leads.

Help Ukraine Prepare for Winter

1. Help Ukraine Prepare for Winter

Enduring Hope Amidst Ongoing Devastation
For more than four years, people across Ukraine have lived with the ongoing realities of war. Drone strikes, missile attacks, and bomb alerts continue, while repeated attacks on power infrastructure have left many communities vulnerable to power outages and heating shortages, particularly during the winter months. Now is the most important time to prepare for winter.

Now is the most important time to prepare for winter.

  • How you can support:
    • Firewood, coal, fuel, and food packages for winter
    • Replacement vehicles used for humanitarian aid, evacuations, and transportation for elderly and disabled people
    • $100,000 ensures churches and families are stocked, warm, and mobile before winter arrives.
  • Lasting Kingdom Impact:
    • This assistance helps local churches remain places of worship, discipleship, outreach, and practical care even in the midst of war.
    • It also supports pastors, chaplains, and other believers to serve people experiencing displacement, loss, and uncertainty while sharing the hope of the gospel.

  • Faith Lived Out:

Olena is one of our fellow ministers who is counselling people who have lost everything. One of our field workers recently visited Olena and her husband Artem in their seventh-floor apartment in Kyiv. They had no electricity and no elevator. Over three evenings when electricity briefly returned, Olena prepared lasagna and then warmed it on a camping stove the night of their visit. It was a small act of hospitality that reflects the quiet resilience of those serving in Ukraine. In the middle of war and uncertainty, she still found a way to welcome guests. Olena said, “We are incredibly thankful for your care and compassion. We truly feel it through your prayers and messages.”

2. Kairos Building Project in Croatia

Light in the heart of the city

In a city of nearly one million people, with only 2,000 evangelical believers, many Croatians have never personally met a Bible-believing Christian. At the same time, the Baptist Church of Zagreb has outgrown its current facility and must relocate after its original building was damaged in the 2020 earthquake. A larger, centrally located ministry center will create opportunities to engage local residents, international communities, migrants, families, and other underserved groups with the hope of the gospel.

  • How you can support:
    • Contribute to the purchase and renovation of a strategically located building in the heart of the city.
  • Lasting Kingdom Impact:
    • The project will also strengthen partnerships with Croatian believers and create new avenues for discipleship, church planting, and gospel engagement throughout the region.
    • Over time, the church hopes to raise up a new generation of believers who will help establish reproducing churches and carry the gospel to unreached peoples both locally and beyond.

3. Christian Books for Macedonian Children

Sowing Seeds of Faith Through Christian Literature

Christian literature is a foundational part of a child encountering God and exploring faith in their early years. In North Macedonia, however, children ages 2–5 have almost no access to age-appropriate Christian books in their native language. Publishing these books will help young children learn about God, Jesus, and the Bible from an early age, while equipping Christian parents with practical tools to disciple their children through family reading and faith conversations.

Drone strikes, missile attacks, and bomb alerts continue, while repeated attacks on power infrastructure have left many communities vulnerable to power outages and heating shortages, particularly during the winter months. Now is the most important time to prepare for winter.

  • How you can support:
    • A gift of $1,000  makes it possible to write, illustrate, and publish 500 copies of one children's book in Macedonian. The vision for this project is to develop a series of four books over four years, requiring a need of $4,000 in total.
  • Lasting Kingdom Impact:
    • These books meet a critical need by helping young children develop biblical literacy and equipping Christian parents to teach their faith and values at home.
    • They can serve as thoughtful gifts for nominal Orthodox families, making Bible stories more accessible, relevant, and engaging.
  • Faith Lived Out:

Marija and Igor are first-generation believers and young parents of two kids. They would love to teach their little ones about their faith in Jesus and teach them about the Bible. But they don't really know how and don't have any good tools available in their native language for their children's age group. These books give them a simple and engaging way to share their faith, read together as a family, and introduce their children to God's Word.

4. Shan Mountain Village Project in Thailand

A Safe Haven Amidst Darkness

Drug addiction has devastated Shan communities across Thailand with increasing numbers seeking help at a Christian rehabilitation center in a remote mountain region. The camp operates in an area with virtually no infrastructure, lacking reliable electricity, sanitation, water systems, and medical support. Yet it provides a unique opportunity to meet both physical and spiritual needs among the Shan, one of the least-reached people groups in the region.

Now is the most important time to prepare for winter.

  • How you can support:
    • A gift toward this project helps provide the essential infrastructure and ongoing support needed for approximately 1,000 men and women in the rehabilitation programs.
    • Funding will supply critical needs such as food, clean water, sanitation facilities, solar power, medical support, and basic hygiene supplies, while also enabling gospel-centered outreach and discipleship opportunities.
  • Lasting Kingdom Impact:
    • Every person who enters the rehabilitation center encounters both practical assistance and the love of Christ.
    • The project also strengthens relationships with village leaders and local churches, creating opportunities for entire communities to encounter the gospel and experience lasting spiritual renewal.
  • Faith Lived Out:

Several years ago, a young Shan man arrived at this rehabilitation center after losing his family, livelihood, and future to addiction. Through practical care, supportive community, and the gospel, he encounters Christ, finds healing, and has since returned to his village as a person transformed by Christ, now a pastor, sharing the hope that changed his own life.

5. Equipping Christian Women in Georgia

Discipleship Materials for Local Women
Local Christian women in Georgia have a growing desire to serve, yet many lack access to training, mentorship, and ministry resources in their own language. Through leadership training, discipleship retreats, and the translation of biblical resources, this project seeks to equip women to grow in their faith, lead small groups, mentor others, and share the gospel more effectively within their families, churches, and communities.
