Dave and Martina joined SEND International in 2006. After a period of raising support, they moved to Kyiv, Ukraine and studied Russian there for two years. During that time, they explored various ministry opportunities throughout Eurasia and sensed that God was leading them to Buryatia, Russia. They moved in the fall of 2010 and served there for 11 years in a variety of local ministry and mission leadership roles. Dave started serving as Eurasia Regional Director in 2020, and a year later, they moved back to Kyiv, Ukraine. Due to the war in Ukraine, their family evacuated from Kyiv and eventually settled in Kandern, Germany where they provide leadership and support to the rest of Eurasia Region.
