After five years of university outreach in China and Taiwan, K & A joined SEND North America's Diaspora field in 2021, focusing on ministering to refugees in Lansing, MI. Refugees make up about 10% of the population in Lansing. This community needs the comfort and care Christ offers. K & A are grateful for their time overseas, which has equipped them to minister to the needs of these people with greater compassion and understanding.

On our Lansing Diaspora team, K & A also run the ENGAGE mentorship program for interns seeking cross-cultural training experience and confirmation regarding their calling into long-term ministry.
