Serving in Alaska and Northern Canada is an adventure which can take its toll on our team.  On far too many occasions, the communities we serve face various forms of crisis (a string of suicides, flooding, fires, accidental deaths, etc).  Our teammates are on the front lines to help people through every crisis.  

This fund provides the extra care needed for members of our team after they have sacrificed to get their community through a crisis.  It might mean being able to take a trip out of the village to decompress, or maybe someone flying in to provide counseling.  We must care for those who are pouring out their lives to bring the Gospel in difficult situations.
