Unique, educational, collaborative experience in partnership with the Upstream Collective
Larry McCrary, Executive Director of Upstream, will be leading this cohort in the beautiful city of Madrid, Spain from February 10-15, 2021. Madrid, a city of over 6 million people, will provide a world class urban setting for learning how to develop sending in your local church. This historic city not only offers the opportunity to observe European Spanish culture, but it also hosts peoples from different countries and religions, making it a perfect place to observe and apply missionary skills.
This advanced cohort takes you to the next level of becoming the Sending Church you want to be. You will spend six full days studying the facets of leading your church into a sending culture with practical application.
Who is it for?
Previous Cohort Members. This is a great follow up engagement for those of you who have already spent time in our cohorts, or have received some other Upstream training in the past.
Mission Pastors and Leaders who want to lead proactively instead of reactively as it pertains to local and global missions.
