Kyle & Carrie

Informing and inspiring the Church to be active in God’s global mission. Researching unreached people groups throughout the world, mobilizing persistent prayer for completion of the Great Commission.

17 years in Ukraine

For the last half of our service in Ukraine, Kyle was involved in mobilizing local churches in Ukraine and other former Soviet countries to send cross-cultural missionaries. Ukraine transitioned into a sending country while we were serving there, and Ukrainian churches are now sending their own missionaries to the ends of the earth. Our particular ministry has been to inform, inspire, challenge, and prepare Ukrainian missionaries. Kyle also researches unreached people groups and creates prayer guides and other media that feature people group profiles in the Russian and Ukrainian languages.

Operation World

We have now transitioned our family Stateside. Kyle has begun work with Operation World as a research associate to update Operation World resources and to oversee translation and distribution of OW materials to the Russian and Ukrainian speaking world. OW resources impact the church worldwide to pray strategically for all the nations of the world. In order for the church to complete the task of fulfilling the Great Commission, we must know where the needs are. We are honored to be a part of such a highly esteemed organization.

Our status is to continue as SEND International missionaries serving with the Eurasia region but on loan to Operation World. Please pray for us in this new role. It seems a huge task and great responsibility. We will need a lot of grace and wisdom as we serve.
