Ryan and Amber finished their biblical education in 2016 and awaited the Lord’s leading into full-time ministry. In 2019, they felt that leading as a call to serve in Alaska.

Both Ryan and Amber have work experience outside of ministry. Ryan started a CPR and first aid company and Amber is a registered nurse working in labor and delivery. This experience will provide unique ministry opportunities while they serve in Alaska.

Ryan and Amber have a passion for disciple making. As they both come from broken homes, they are especially passionate about sharing Christ with children who have rough home lives. They believe that no matter what the child’s current or past circumstances, all children can grow to become anything they set their minds on, especially through Jesus Christ.

Ryan and Amber serve as foster/adoptive parents and currently have five daughters living with them: Cecilia, Abigail, Tabitha, Elizabeth and Jade. The girls are excited about living in Alaska. Elizabeth hopes to meet a polar bear one day. Mom and Dad hope her dreams only come true at the zoo.

The Wuestenberg family enjoys being outdoors, playing, hiking, camping, and swimming. They also enjoy reading, playing board games, and eating pepperoni pizza!
