Needed:

Young people who have a desire to explore missions as career and are looking for a flexible internship experience that will help them experience cross-cultural ministry.

Country: Europe, Spain

Term: Short-Term (1-3 months), Short-Term (2-4 weeks)

Tasks:

This Youth Mobilization internship can be catered and individualized based on your gifts and talents! A basic level of Spanish is helpful but not required, and language school or tutors are available upon request. You would reside at the SEND Spain D house in a team environment and use public transportation to get to your ministries, and anywhere else you need to go! Our team has a lot of projects and ministries that we work on throughout the year with our national partner Jóvenes FIEIDE, you would join in on the that work with our team.

youth ministry
administrative help
worship ministries
art ministries
graphic design/video
music production
video and photo editing
computer programming
teach or tutor someone in English
support a discipleship group by attending and nurturing relationships
church gathering event planning
evangelistic event planning
clothing and food distribution
encouraging missionary kids by coming alongside them as they seek their place in serving the Lord in their own church body
grounds keeping

Specific Qualifications:

Able to shop and cook and clean for yourself (or in partnership with roommates).
Be comfortable living in the Spain D House with a missionary family living in a lower level apartment. Potential of living with a Spanish host family upon request.
You would participate in weekly or bi-weekly discipleship group meetings with other teammates and be supported by SEND Spain missionaries who have an interest in helping you develop and seek the Lord’s will for your life, especially as it may pertain to the question “Lord, do you want me serving YOU in missions full time some day?”

Additional Information:

This SEND internship can be considered for academic credit.
