College graduates to teach English in an elementary/secondary classroom setting in public schools in Thailand.
Church planting in Thailand needs to be done in a contextualized and reproducible way. Our strategy focuses on starting small groups with the goal of seeing an indigenously led and sustained church-planting movement. This church-planting team, partnering with other organizations, will be working with the Isaan people, who are 99% Buddhist. The region occupies almost 1/3 of the land area of Thailand. It is home to 21 million people, but 17 million of them have no access to a church. Team leaders will develop and lead multinational, church-planting teams in districts of Northeast Thailand. They will engage a Buddhist people group through various outreaches and start home groups while training national leaders to take responsibility. Thailand, Buddhist Ministry, Teaching English
