Leaders for New Japanese Ministry Teams

Needed:

Do you have a heart to reach Japanese in North America? Are you able to launch a new ministry in a new city? We are looking to launch new ministries to Japanese in North America in the next couple of years, but we need leaders to do that. Are you that person?

Tasks:

Build relationships, share the gospel and start Bible Studies among Japanese
Disciple believers and help new community groups grow and multiply
Network and train local churches to reach out to Japanese
Be part of the Reaching Japanese for Christ (RJC) network

Specific Qualifications:

Evangelist – able to share the gospel with Japanese and teach others to also do so
Discipler – able to build into the lives of others and empower them to disciple others
Networker / Coalition Builder – able to build a coalition of people and churches in the area to reach out to Japanese
Fluency in Japanese (preferred, but not required)
Japanese ministry experience (preferred, but not required)
