Two to four couples who can disciple and spend time with new/young pastors/leaders, in order to answer ministry questions, walk through difficult ministry/personal issues, etc.
Regular time spent engaging and coming alongside new leaders in a relational, discipleship ministry
Participation in SEND team life on the field
Specific Qualifications:
Experience in pastoral or ministry leadership positions in the church
Life-long learners in how to disciple and counsel others
Heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached and a passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel
Ability to be a team player with fellow workers and nationals
Humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage others to lead
History of active ministry in one's local church
Heart of a servant, flexibility and cultural sensitivity
