Language and culture learning, especially as a model of cultural adaptation
Work with students aspiring to missions, helping them to understand God's love for the nations, and the Biblical mandate to take the gospel to the nations
Come alongside national mobilization and sending efforts to inspire, inform, facilitate, coach, and aid the efforts of churches and emerging mission agencies in Ukraine to effectively send and support missionaries long-term to UPGs
Specific Qualifications:
Training and experience as a missions educator
Heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached
Passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel
Be a team player with fellow workers and nationals
Humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage other to lead
History of active ministry on one's local church
Humility, heart of a servant, flexibility and cultural sensitivity
