Workers passionate for the Great Commission and experienced pioneering mission work, who can assist missions training programs in Ukraine by providing sound missiological training in pioneering mission work.
Language and culture learning, especially as a model of cultural adaptation
Come alongside nationals to train, equip and debrief short-term teams of Ukrainians who are going out on mission trips
Train first-time pioneer missionaries going to new fields in methods and principles of pioneer cross-cultural missions, language learning/adaptation
Model and disciple missions recruits in spiritual survival and thriving in a cross-cultural environment
Specific Qualifications:
Training and experience as a pioneer cross-cultural ministry trainer
Heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached
Passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel
Be a team player with fellow workers and nationals
Humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage others to lead
History of active ministry in one's local church
Humility, heart of a servant, flexibility and cultural sensitivity
