Specific Qualifications:

Fluency in Japanese
Japanese ministry experience
Able to empower and disciple Japanese believers to reach their community.
Passion to build relationships with and reach out to Japanese unbelievers.
Committed to working in partnership with churches
Commitment to the power of God's Word to transform lives
