Phillip grew up in a small town in Southwest Kansas. Miko grew up in Southwest Japan. We were both raised in Christian homes and met each other at Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. We have twin daughters in high school and a son in middle school. In Japan, Phil teaches at a Christian junior/senior high school during the day and business English some evenings. Phil really finds joy in reaching out to teenage boys through English and sports. As a family we desire to assist English Bible camps for elementary children, soccer outreach, local churches, and develop deeper relationships.
