After many years  pastoring  at a local church in Hong Kong, Samuel and Renata received God’s calling, and stepped into a new area to serve Him among the Hakka in Taiwan. Both of us are Hakka, but we did not know that we have to share God’s love to our tribe until we knew more about SEND Taiwan's Vision 119.

All along the western side of Taiwan, many towns are connected by two ancient roads, old Route 1 and Route 19. But dozens of these still have many  unreached  people, where Hakka is the main population. People always say Hakka people  are  so “hard neck” (stubborn and traditional). But before we started this ministry, Samuel’s father believed in Christ and was baptized. That is not only an incredible thing for us,  but also a sign to us. It told us that however "hard neck" Hakka people  are,  God’s love can move people's hearst, and God can do whatever we can’t!

It is impossible for us on our own to leave our country, our people and our household, and to move into a new place that is full of idol worship! We can only trust on God's grace, wisdom, love, and the strength of Holy Spirit. And your prayer and support also are a great blessing for our ministry.
