Nathan Didlake comes to SEND International after serving in pastoral ministry for over twelve years. Also, while ministering in NJ, he became a sworn Chaplain for Stafford Twp.’s first responders, receiving training and extensive experience in trauma care. He has an English B.A. from LeTourneau University, a M.A. in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton College, and is currently achieving his DMin from Wheaton as well. His better (and smarter) half is Rachel, and they are parents to Mikell, Lydia, and Silas (who are hilarious). He is a lover of NJ pizza and bagels, home renovation, Parks and Recreation, and cats over dogs. He’s very serious about how he makes his coffee and loves long conversations about life over good food and drink.

As Director of the People Care and Development, he is committed to providing safe, confidential, and meaningful care to SEND’s greatest asset… its people.
