High School Born-Againers (HiBA) Clubs began over 70 years ago in the USA, 60 years ago in Japan, and 20 years ago in Russia.  HiBA Clubs emphasize living the Christian life and sharing your faith with others.  In Russia, HiBA Clubs began under TELA, a Russian mission started in 1993.  They are church-based small groups that minister to youth in six provinces of western Russia.
