Ron, along with his wife Carolyn have served with SEND International since 2001, mobilizing God’s people into the heart of God to reach the unreached people groups of the nations with the Word of God. (December 2022 Carolyn passed into the presence of her Lord Jesus Christ).

They formally were members of HiBA USA & HiBA Japan for 30 years (1971-2001), discipling high school students into a relationship with Jesus Christ and into global missions.

On the invitation of the SEND Japan leadership, Ron has formally been invited back to Japan to restart the Tokyo D House ministry. At the Discipleship House, post high school, college and post-college students from various countries will live with Ron to be discipled in youth ministries among the youth of Japan and will experience various SEND church-planting ministries. After two to three months in Japan, interns will return to their passport country to further discern if returning to Japan (or another country) is where God would have them minister in reaching the youth of the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
