Life is challenging on the mission field. With over 30 years of experience serving with SEND in Asia, Rita’s passion is to coach, mentor, and debrief our personnel in Asia and globally. Her focus lies on those who are going through traumatic experiences, transitioning in their roles, or are still adjusting to ministries to reach the unreached in difficult places.

Alain’s passion is mission research, providing Chinese materials to train and mobilize God’s Chinese Church for cross-cultural ministry. His desire has always been to make a lasting impact on the mission movement among the Chinese in expansion and growth in depth to fulfill their unique calling before the Lord.
