Jun and Darlene lead the SEND Philippines Training Department. They are responsible for identifying PSC staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing, and overseeing SEND-required and other appropriate training. They also provide select training (such as Kairos and TESOL) to the Philippine Church to mobilize and equip for cross-cultural ministry.
