Wilma came to Christ and grew in her spiritual life through the ministry of SEND Philippine missionaries ministering with Kamuning Bible Christian Fellowship, a SEND-started church in Quezon City. After some years of church ministry involvement and seminary training, she answered the call of God to leave her teaching job and serve the Lord in cross-cultural ministry in Taiwan where she served with SEND Taiwan in a church planting ministry in Taichung and Tanzi for more than 22 years.
In late 2010, she came back to the Philippines and transitioned into being a Missions Mobilizer/Coach with SEND Philippines. She now mobilizes, coaches, and trains future missionaries called to the mission field in Asia and other parts of the world with little or no access to the gospel.
