Gilmer and Julie Paden work in the Philippines with the Philippine Sending Council — the local sending team. They have been working in missions almost their whole married life. They both have a heart and a desire to mobilize F ilipinos to reach the unreached. The Padens believe that through learning about and experiencing cross-cultural ministry, F ilipinos will have a better understanding of God’s heart and can make clear decisions about their future. They want them to hear God’s call to go. They also want to help the F ilipino church rise up and send long-term missionaries .
