We arrived in Ukraine in 1997, looking forward to what God was going to do in the former Soviet Union. After two years of language study in Kyiv, we moved to Sumy, a city in northeastern Ukraine. We served the Ukrainian evangelical church in a variety of ways, with a focus on leadership development and camp ministry. We thank the Lord for the 17 years we were able to live and serve in Ukraine

In 2014 we returned to Canada, to transition our children and to begin to serve in the role of missions coaches and mobilization, primarily in western Canada.

We are all called to make disciples – across the street, or across the globe. Our desire is to find and equip people whom God is calling to serve cross culturally.

There are still billions of people who don’t know Jesus and have little or no opportunity to hear the Gospel. That number is overwhelming – but not to God. He is calling individuals to join Him in reaching the nations with the Gospel. That is part of our role as mission coaches for SEND International.

We come alongside to mentor and equip believers, pastors and churches as they seek to follow God’s call on their lives and obey the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-22; Acts 1:8)
