Ubaldo and Joy are missions coaches and trainers serving with SEND Philippines. Ubaldo draws from his years of experience as pastor in the US and Colombia and Joy as a former missionary in Japan sent from the Philippines.
Where before they did frontline mission work, they now focus on mobilizing Filipino missionaries and churches to multiply their impact and help fulfill the vision of the Philippines as a mission-sending country and no longer a mission field.
Ubaldo and Joy are coaching Filipinos as missionaries to Japan, Timor Leste, restricted areas in Central Asia and in South East Asia.
