Taylor and Angela serve in a remote village in Western Alaska where God led them separately but joined them together in marriage and ministry. Both of them are pilots and use their plane and gifting to encourage others in surrounding villages, but their main ministry is to their community and the school children. Angela teaches elementary in a two-teacher school and Taylor uses his carpentry, musical, and mechanical skills to give the students additional life-skills.

Their ministry purpose is to live exemplary, Christ-like lives by living with, loving, and uniting God's people in their community. They don't want to just live in their community, but purposefully come alongside and live with the people. Matthew 5:16 says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."

Second, they want to love the people with a Christ-like agape love. It becomes easy to blur the hatred of the sin in a person's life with your feelings toward that person. They want to make sure that they always show unconditional, sacrificial love. Luke 10:27 says, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself."

Thirdly, they have a desire to unite believers in the area together so that they may stand strong against evil, combat spiritual warfare and create more disciples. People often feel that if they want change in their life, they have to leave their small community, but Taylor and Angela desire to see changed lives united together and impacting this community. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him, and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
