Jon and Elaine Winter have been serving with SEND International in Asia since 2002. They have been involved in church planting, incarnational community ministry, leadership, and member care. In 2021 , they moved from Japan to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to oversee member care for SEND missionaries across Asia as well as to serve the wider missionary community from The Well where Jon is a counselor.

Through equipping and care, their desire is to see missionaries thrive in order to foster sustainable ministry for the powerful spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jon and Elaine are parents to three sons , and grandparents to a growing number of grandchildren.
