No matter where our missionaries serve, they encounter people in pain. In order to share the love of Christ, they must turn toward those who are hurting. Gifts to this Compassion & Relief project help people and places that are facing times of crisis.

A powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar on March 28, 2025, causing widespread destruction and loss of life. The death toll has surpassed 1,700, with thousands injured and many still missing. The tremors reached as far as Bangkok, Thailand, where buildings collapsed, resulting in numerous fatalities and leaving many trapped beneath the rubble of a high-rise.

As believers, we are called to carry each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Right now, our brothers and sisters in Myanmar and Thailand are in dire need of medical supplies, food, and shelter. SEND is working with a trusted ministry partner on the ground who is actively involved in relief efforts in Myanmar as well as Bangkok.
