Transformation Christian Center (TCC) was purchased in 2000 as an abandoned three-story building in Russia Central Black Soil Region. Today, it hosts different ministries, though space is limited due to a partially renovated building. These ministries include camps, conferences, retreats, and Bible education classes as renovation takes place. Until construction is completed, the cost for maintaining the building and the property will exceed the amount of income. This is due to the unfinished condition of the building that limits the number of groups coming and paying rent.
