Values Orientation In Classroom Education (VOICE) strategically reaches thousands of public school students in the Philippines. VOICE equips volunteers from churches and community groups to teach a Bible-based values curriculum in local public schools.

Four more modules have been developed and tested and are waiting to be printed. It costs about $10,000 to print each module which includes 1,000 Teacher's Manuals, 1,000 Visual Aid Books, and 260 Student Packs (half English, half Tagalog). Gifts to this project will make the printing of these four modules possible.
