Providing women's training, discipleship, and outreach opportunities in Georgia is a great need. This project is designed to provide training for women from multiple churches, so that they will be better equipped to lead small groups and engage other women around them. With this training, funds are also needed for new materials in the local language.

Additionally, this project will provide opportunities for women's retreats, spaces away from hectic daily life where deeper discipleship can take place and seeking women feel comfortable to take part. Training national women for ministry will help the churches be more effective in their ministry locally and will be an opportunity to help them see beyond their immediate culture/community. The long-term goal is for the Georgian church to be strengthened and engaging other least-reached peoples.
