Church Planting Trainers/Coaches

Needed:

In breathtaking Siberia, ethnic Buryat churches are growing! Many Tibetan Buddhist Buryats are seeking and coming to Christ, and a uniquely Buryat church is now expressing their love for Jesus with Buryat music, and other expressions of worship. Come alongside both Russian and Buryat believers/churches in the Buryatia region’s capital, Ulan-Ude and surrounding region, to train and encourage these Buryat churches in reaching new communities both in and beyond their own cultural context.

Tasks:

Committed learning of both the Russian and Buryat language and culture to the level appropriate for one’s term of service 
Modeling Christlike character, and dependence on God in everyday life 
Work under existing church authority structures to enable Russian and Buryat church leaders to disciple and lead their communities 
Train and coach Russian and Buryat church leaders in how to plant daughter churches in new communities, both ethnically similar and distinct. 
Support and disciple churches in both developing new leaders for the existing church, and releasing mature/growing leaders to move into new church plants

Specific Qualifications:

Experience in planting churches, participating in a church plant in one’s own culture 
Heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached 
Passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel 
Experience in reaching out and discipling cross-culturally 
Ability to be a team player with missionaries and national believers/leaders 
Humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage others to lead 
Commitment to the power of God's Word to transform lives
