SEND Europe is looking for church planters who are willing to serve in Albanian Ministries, Croatia, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Spain. This opportunity is for you if you have a passion to build friendships, start conversations, lead Bible studies, and model Christian living in order to establish reproducing churches. Humbly walk with seekers in their journey to following Jesus
Work with national church leaders to empower them for ministry and strategize with them
Bring Christ into conversations
Lead Bible studies, one-on-one or in small groups
Share the gospel abundantly
Disciple new believers who can in turn disciple others
Commit to learn the local language to communicate in people's heart language
Creatively apply your ministry skills to communicate the gospel
Participate in team outreach ministries
Use specific skills and gifts for outreach
Specific Qualifications:
Gifts in evangelism and/or discipleship
Ability to build meaningful relationships and start spiritual conversations
Solid grasp of the Bible in order to lead Bible studies, with or without outside teaching materials
Flexibility in life and service
Be a lifelong learner of God’s Word, national language and culture
Willingness to live among people and model the Christian life in a new culture
Ability to work well on a team
Passion to see the Church established and grow
Growing love for Christ
