Tasks:

Team Lancaster is a collaborative team working with churches and World Team.  On this multi-agency team you will: 

  • Love and serve immigrants and refugees
  • Share the gospel in culturally relevant ways
  • Build relationships, share the gospel and start Bible Studies
  • Empower new believers to gather and become vibrant churches
Specific Qualifications:
  • Heart for the glory of God to be extended among the unreached
  • Love for immigrants and refugees at the margins of society
  • Passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel
  • Ability to be a team player with missionaries, churches and immigrants
  • Humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage others to lead
  • Commitment to the power of God's Word and prayer to transform lives
