Live intentionally, show hospitality and share the love of Christ with those living around you. Terms: Long-Term (3+ years), Mid-Term (1 - 3 years)
Responsibilities:
- Work | Work your job while you live out your faith in cross-cultural community
- Share | Share Jesus in culturally appropriate ways.
- Be hospitable | Invite neighbors into your life through hospitality, kindness and service.
- Community | Meet regularly with others in the community for training, accountability, encouragement, and prayer.
- Live | Live out your faith in an apartment complex.
- Learn | Embrace ongoing learning to ensure your approach to sharing the gospel remains respectful and effective with diverse contexts.
- Disciple | Disciple individuals and small groups in the diaspora community to grow in their faith
- Gather | Assist in the formation of contextualized church plants for new believers coming out of the diaspora community.
- Share | Share Jesus in culturally appropriate ways.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work and do ministry.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural and changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to cultural and religious differences.
- A deep commitment to Jesus Christ and the Great Commission.
