Join our team in Detroit and make a tangible difference in the lives of Muslim immigrants from Central Asia! We need individuals with a heart for the unreached and a passion to see the power of God's Word transform lives. We invite you to speak with one of our missions coaches to know more!

Terms: Mid-Term (1 - 3 years), Long-Term (3+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate authentic relationships with immigrants and refugees, demonstrating Christ-like love and building trust
- Establish meaningful connections that lead to natural opportunities for sharing the gospel and initiating Bible discussions within the community
- Equip and empower new believers to take ownership of their faith, fostering the growth of vibrant, reproducing churches
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to be a team player with missionaries, churches, and the lost: This demonstrates flexibility, collaboration, and cultural adaptability.
- Exhibit commitment to the power of God's Word to transform lives: Underscores belief in the Bible's authority and ability to change hearts.
- Demonstrated humility to work behind the scenes and empower and encourage others to lead: Shows a servant-hearted attitude and a focus on developing leadership within the community
- Possess a passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel: This reveals a focus on discipleship and a desire to see the gospel's impact multiplied.
- Evidence a heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached: Indicates a deep desire to see God's name known and a missional mindset.
- Manifest a love for immigrants and refugees at the margins of society: Reflects compassion and a willingness to serve the vulnerable
