Europe | Missions Recruiter
Opportunity Overview:
SEND Europe is looking for a European who has a heart for missions and the personality to build mentoring relationships with Christians interested in joining SEND. We need someone to help respond to inquiries, visit colleges, interview and process applicants, and communicate with the home office. A large part of this job is also working with and educating local churches about their part in the Great Commission. This work could be done in conjunction with refugee ministry or other church planting work through one of our partners, if desired, and could be a part time or full time position. This person would be required to raise their own support, as all our missionaries do. We invite you to speak with one of our Missions Coaches to know more!
Countries: Croatia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain
Terms: Long-Term (3+ years), Mid-Term (1 - 3 years)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries
- Visit colleges
- Interview and process applicants
- Communicate with the home office
- Work with and educate local churches about their part in the Great Commission
Qualifications:
- Must be a current resident of Europe
- Good mastery of English
- Some mission experience required
- Strong local church connections
- Must be able to work with others, but also to work independently when needed
- Background in administration would be a plus
- A warm personality that connects easily with others
- Strong heart for missions and discipleship
