Terms: Long-Term (3+ years), Mid-Term (1 - 3 years)
Responsibilities:
- Build authentic relationships with immigrants and refugees, demonstrating Christ's love through practical acts of service.
- Share the gospel in ways that resonate with the hearts of those from different cultures.
- Gather new believers into Bible studies, fostering their spiritual growth.
- Equip and empower new believers to become leaders in vibrant church communities.
- Collaborate with others to develop effective outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience building relationships with immigrants and refugees, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Ability to collaborate with missionaries, churches, and New Americans from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel to their own communities and beyond.
- Heart for the glory of God to be extended among the unreached, especially those from Muslim backgrounds.
- Love for foreigners and refugees at the margins of society, actively seeking their well-being and inclusion.
- Humility to work behind the scenes and empower others to lead, prioritizing the development of local leaders.
- Commitment to the power of God's Word and prayer to transform lives, believing in their ability to change hearts and communities.
