Our Diaspora North America team is seeking passionate Christ-followers eager to guide others on their spiritual journeys. Join us in Minneapolis to build meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and share the love of Jesus!
Countries: Diaspora | North America
Terms: Mid-Term (1 - 3 years), Long-Term (3+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Immerse yourself by living in diverse local cultures to build connections within immigrant-rich neighborhoods.
- Foster meaningful relationships with your neighbors through creative and welcoming initiatives.
- Share the gospel with cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm, initiating Bible studies to nurture spiritual curiosity.
- Equip new believers with culturally relevant tools to lead and establish vibrant church communities.
- Embrace ongoing learning to ensure your approach to sharing the gospel remains respectful and effective within diverse contexts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to build strategic relationships with missionaries, churches, and immigrants.
- Be familiar with disciple-making strategies and possess the ability to implement them effectively.
- Passion to make Christ-followers, who in turn, make Jesus-followers through discipleship and mentoring.
- Willingness to engage in Kairos training (which we can happily provide on-site!)
